2. Professional Services

All acupuncture, herbal, facial gua sha, cupping, and related services are provided by licensed practitioners in accordance with applicable New York State laws and regulations.

Results may vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you and your practitioner’s dedicated time.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.

Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a $50 cancellation fee, in consideration of the time reserved specifically for your care.

No-shows may be charged the full service fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a thoughtful and timely experience for all clients.

4. Payments & Refunds

All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Services already rendered are non-refundable.

Packages, credits, and promotional offers are subject to stated terms, expiration dates, and conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property
